Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your SHHY Beauty purchase or have any questions please contact us via email at customerservice@shhybeauty.co with your full name and order number and we will be happy to assist. 

Damaged Items: Shipping can be rough and sometimes shhh happens. We are happy to replace faulty or damaged items due to transport handling, however shipping will be at the customers expense please contact us via email. 

Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We will send you a label and once we receive your unused, unopened return we will process a full refund minus any shipping and handling fees to your original form of payment. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your shipping expense, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Should this occur please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@shhybeauty.co.

Please Note: eGift cards, gift cards, promotional items, final sale items, or Shhy Beauty products purchased somewhere other than www.shhybeauty.co are not eligible for return or exchange.
